KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Translate written materials (emails, reports, contracts, technical documents) from Chinese to English/Filipino and vice versa
- Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, site visits, and business discussions
- Assist in the localization of marketing materials, product manuals, and company communications
- Support internal teams in understanding Chinese partners' requirements and cultural nuances
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information
- Perform other administrative or coordination tasks as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, Communications, or related field (not required but an advantage)
- Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in translation or interpretation
- Language Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
- Skills: Strong understanding of Chinese culture and business etiquette
- Tech-savvy: Familiarity with Microsoft Office and translation tools is a plus
- Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work under pressure
- Willing to work onsite in Valenzuela
