Job description:
We are seeking a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to oversee compliance, financial controls, and reporting across a multi-branch lending company, while also supporting the regulatory and financial requirements of affiliated business units. This role requires strong analytical skills, integrity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Compliance & Internal Control
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Conduct audits and compliance reviews across 49 branches
- Identify financial and operational risks and recommend corrective actions
- Strengthen internal controls and monitoring systems
Financial Oversight
- Review and analyze financial reports and branch performance
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Regulatory & Reporting
- Prepare and review reports for regulatory compliance
- Ensure timely submission of financial and compliance documents
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies
Multi-Business Support
- Oversee financial and compliance requirements of other business units
- Assist in permits, tax compliance, and corporate documentation
- Handle confidential financial and operational reports
Qualifications:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)– required
- At least 3–6 years experience in audit, compliance, or finance
- Experience in lending, banking, or financial services is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge in internal controls, financial reporting, and compliance
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and organized
- Able to handle multiple business entities
- Willing to work in Taguig and travel when needed
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
Salary:
₱65,000 – ₱80,000 per month (depending on experience)
