Description - Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational goals.
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Manage relationships with investors and stakeholders.
- Lead the finance team and provide mentorship to junior staff.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 2-5 years of progressive finance experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial software.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Proven ability to manage financial operations and prepare detailed reports.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities.
- With CPA License
