GENERAL ACCOUNTING/FS PREPARATION
1. Prepare the necessary Bank report (Bank reconciliation, cash position report &bank balance report)
2. Prepare Journal Entries
3. Prepare Trial Balance
4. Prepare GJ/PJ/CRJ/CDJ
5. Prepare PPE Lapsing schedule/monthly depreciation of equipments
6. Prepare financial statements
7. Check AR & AP schedules
8. Prepare and monitor Advances to suppliers
9. Prepare and monitor Advances to officers/employees and other subjects for salary deduction
10. Prepare conversion in Peso of sales
11. Approval of check preparation in Metrobank
PETTY CASH
1. Issue petty cash advances and petty cash payments
2. Prepare replenishment of petty cash
3. Encash checks to petty cash
PAYROLL
1. Computes payroll
2. Prepare payslips and issuance
3. Coordinates with bank for payroll crediting
4. Computes annual withholding tax and prepares Alpha list as required by BIR
5. Computes last pay of separated employees
6. Computes the annual 13th month pay, SL/VL conversion
7. Issues BIR 2316 to each employee
8. Processes the payment of Government remittances deducted from salary
BIR REPORTS
1. Annual registration
2. Responsible for AFS stamp received from BIR with Annual ITR
3. Responsible for the Alpha listing of employees & payees
4. Responsible for the monthly, quarterly & Annual BIR Report
5. Responsible for the preparation of the Book of Accounts
6. Responsible for the Inventory Stamp received from BIR
PEZA REPORTS
1. Responsible for the monthly, quarterly & annual PEZA Report
2. Process ITH application to PEZA and monitor expiration of each registered activity
3. Prepare report on extension of ITH
OTHERS
1. Responsible for all inventories, which include fixed assets, and report preparation related to inventories
2. Responsible for the monitoring/renewal of insurances
3. Responsible for the preparation of the actuarial report
4. Responsible for the preparation of payment for other service providers for top management
5. Other related duties as may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
Candidate must be a college graduate, preferably with an Accounting course
CPA is preferable
Computer Literate (MS Office and accounting software)
Willing to start immediately
With at least 3 years of experience in all facets of accounting in a manufacturing setup
Positive working attitude
Work at least 3 years in the current 3 companies (No job hopping)
Willing to start immediately
Regular work schedule: Monday to Saturday 800～1700
