Full job description Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Sales, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, Account Management, or B2B Sales.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
- Experience in generating leads, prospecting, and developing new business opportunities.
- Experience handling corporate accounts and negotiating contracts.
- Experience in retail, hospitality, real estate, technology, or service industries is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies, business development, and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and sales reports.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Lead Generation: Prospect and qualify high-potential B2B leads to build a healthy sales pipeline.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key corporate decision-makers.
- Proposals & Presentations: Create and deliver tailored business proposals, presentations, and quotations for corporate clients.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead commercial negotiations and manage contract terms to close high-value partnerships.
- Sales Reporting: Track market trends and maintain CRM data to generate accurate sales reports and forecasts.
