TaskUs Molino is now hiring for Non-Voice accounts — perfect for applicants who are comfortable typing and assisting customers online.

Limited Non-Voice slots available
NON-VOICE Accounts (Chat / Back Office)
Pure Chat Support
Email Support
Back Office roles
Ideal for applicants who prefer minimal or no phone calls.
(Account assignment depends on business needs and assessment results.)
Job Responsibilities
• Assist customers via chat or email
• Provide accurate information regarding products or services
• Resolve customer concerns professionally
• Document interactions properly in the system
• Meet quality and productivity standards
Full training will be provided.
No Experience? You Can Apply!
If you’ve worked in customer-facing roles around Cavite, you already qualify.
Examples:
Service Crew at Jollibee / McDo (SM Molino / SM Bacoor)
Sales Associate at Vista Mall Daang Hari
Cashier at Puregold, AllHome, or local supermarkets
Front Desk / Receptionist
Online seller handling chat inquiries
If you assist customers and can use a computer — you qualify.
Qualifications
- Senior High School Graduate
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
- No BPO experience required
- Basic English communication skills
- Basic computer navigation skills
- Willing to work onsite in Molino, Bacoor
- Open to shifting schedules
