We're looking for Call Center Agents who love helping people! In this role, you'll be the friendly voice our customers count on, answering their questions, solving their problems, and making sure every call leaves them feeling heard and valued.
What You'll Do:
Answer customer calls and assist with inquiries.
Explain products, services, and company policies.
Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.
Update customer records and account information.
Keep detailed notes of every customer interaction.
Qualifications
SH/SHS Grad
Willing to work on site
Basic computer literacy
Good communication skills
