- Assist with the preparation and cooking of food items according to recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
- Support senior kitchen staff with food plating and presentation to ensure quality service.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Participate in receiving and storing of food supplies in an efficient manner.
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts is a plus.
- Experience Level: 0-1 year of experience in a kitchen environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Basic cooking skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and a passion for culinary arts.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
