Production Manager

- Oversee the production process, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely production schedules.
- Monitor production metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Manage and supervise production staff, providing training and support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business Management.
- Experience Level: 5–8 years of experience in production management or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and team management skills; excellent problem-solving abilities; proficiency in production management software.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Able to manage production schedules and meet deadlines; capable of analyzing production data for process improvements.
- Working Conditions: Primarily works in a manufacturing environment; may require shift work or extended hours during peak times.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to changing production needs.
