Sales Assistant

- Assist the sales team with daily operations including order processing, customer follow-up, and after-sales service.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., warehouse, logistics, customer service) to ensure timely delivery and product availability.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain and update sales records, reports, and databases accurately.
- Support preparation of sales materials, quotations, and promotional documents.
- Help monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory/warehouse teams.
- Assist with basic administrative duties and team communication as required.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Preferably with pleasing personality
- Enthusiast and knows how play in front of the camera
- With experience on Live selling is an advantage
- Knows how to play music instruments is an advantage
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
