HIRING] Client Success & Sales Assistant – 5-Month Project
Are you a polished communicator with a passion for high-end hospitality? Join Whitestone Holdings Inc. and become the "voice of the resort"! We are looking for a driven individual to manage our guest journey and drive bookings for an exciting seasonal project.
Location: Hybrid (On-site in BGC 1–2x a week)
Comp: Basic Salary + Performance-Based Commission
Status: Seasonal Employee (5 Months)
THE ROLE:
- Manage guest inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Lead the end-to-end booking process.
- Ensure guest success with empathy and professionalism.
- Resolve concerns while maintaining high hospitality standards.
WORK SCHEDULE:
- Mon–Wed: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Thu–Fri: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Sat: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Sunday: REST
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College Graduate of any related course ( Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!)
- Native-level fluency in English & Tagalog
- Experience in Hospitality, Sales, VA, or Reservations is a plus
- Tech-savvy (CRM & MS Office)
- Professional and confident demeanor
