Project Sales Assistant

- Assist the sales team in coordinating and managing projects to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams to ensure clarity on project objectives and timelines.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks related to project management and customer relationship management.
- Organize and schedule meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and prepared.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1–2 years of relevant experience in a sales or project assistance role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong written and verbal communication skills; effective interpersonal and coordination skills; excellent organizational capabilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to prepare and manage project documentation and reports.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
