We are hiring a Growth Marketing Specialist to manage paid media, advertising creatives, landing pages, and marketing funnels for a growing business. This is a hands-on role working directly with the founder and focused on improving customer acquisition, lead generation, and conversion. The ideal candidate is commercially minded, analytical, highly organized, and confident managing paid advertising campaigns independently. They should be comfortable working with campaign data, creating advertising copy and creatives, improving landing pages and funnels, and making informed recommendations based on performance. They should also be able to manage competing priorities, work independently, and communicate clearly with the founder and clients. Key Responsibilities Paid Advertising:
- Launch, monitor, and improve Meta advertising campaigns, including campaign setup, creative variations, and approved budget changes.
- Review campaign performance each working day using consistent reporting periods to compare spend, leads, conversion rates, and cost per lead.
- Make informed recommendations about what to continue running, pause, or test next.
- Follow each account's budget and campaign rules and clarify uncertainty before making significant changes.
- Manage Google Ads for assigned client accounts, including campaign optimization and weekly reporting.
- Monitor acquisition campaigns for Cherry Assistant, with a focus on improving lead generation and booked calls.
- Research relevant competitors' advertisements, offers, and landing pages to develop specific testing ideas.
- Write advertising copy and create static advertisements using Canva or similar tools.
- Develop video concepts, hooks, references, and scripts for advertising campaigns.
- Brief the founder on what content needs to be recorded and launch supplied video assets.
- Work within the existing process where the founder handles filming and final video editing.
- Check spelling, claims, testimonials, and audience relevance before advertisements are published.
- Build and improve GoHighLevel landing pages and funnel variations.
- Maintain consistent messaging across advertisements, landing pages, enquiry forms, and booking processes.
- Check that forms, links, and booking steps function correctly.
- Run clearly defined tests and document what was changed, what happened, and what should be tested next.
- Continuously improve the journey from advertisement through to enquiry and booked call.
- Complete small, clearly scoped Shopify and WordPress website updates.
- Check completed website changes and coordinate specialist support when required.
- Track time against client retainers and flag requests that fall outside the agreed scope.
- Research relevant industry listings, backlink opportunities, and outreach contacts.
- Assist with setting up social media profiles and advertising assets for new projects.
- Keep tasks, decisions, progress, and blockers visible to the team.
- Support marketing initiatives for additional brands as priorities allow.
- 2+ years practical experience managing Meta and Google Ads, with examples of decisions made and measurable results achieved.
- Strong understanding of paid advertising and campaign performance.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data and identify meaningful trends.
- Ability to recognize uncertainty in campaign data and clearly explain recommendations.
- Strong written English and proofreading skills.
- Experience writing clear, effective, customer-facing advertising copy.
- Experience creating static advertising creatives.
- Experience developing useful video briefs, concepts, hooks, or scripts.
- Experience editing landing pages and testing lead-generation funnels.
- Ability to handle routine website updates and learn unfamiliar software quickly.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing requests according to agreed priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to check work before publishing.
- Ability to identify and raise issues early.
- Reliable and consistent approach to completing assigned work.
- Experience with GoHighLevel or comparable landing page and funnel platforms.
- Experience with Google Merchant Center and Performance Max.
- Experience managing product feeds and analyzing ecommerce campaigns.
- Experience with Shopify.
- Experience with WordPress and Elementor.
- Basic experience with Git/GitHub.
- Experience using AI-assisted tools carefully and effectively.
- Experience with SEO outreach and industry listings.
- Experience marketing to home-service businesses.
- Basic video editing experience.
- Experience adapting existing creator content into advertising campaigns.
- Meta Ads and Google Ads campaign management.
- Paid media performance analysis and reporting.
- Strong numerical judgment and data interpretation.
- Advertising copywriting and proofreading.
- Static advertising creative development.
- Video concept, hook, reference, and script development.
- Landing page creation and optimization.
- Lead-generation funnel testing.
- GoHighLevel or comparable funnel-building tools.
- Canva or similar design tools.
- Basic Shopify and WordPress website editing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple marketing processes simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Ability to follow campaign budgets, account rules, and agreed priorities.
- Ability to document tests, decisions, results, and next steps clearly.
- Full-Time position; Monday - Friday PST (roughly 5 PM - 1 AM South African time).
- Fully remote role for a European company
- Pay ranges from R14,000 - R18,000 / PHP 54,000 - PHP 81,000 per month depending on skills and experience.
- Annual raises and confirmed holidays.
- Internet speed of at least 20 Mbps.
- Computer with a 2.4 GHz processor or higher.
- 8 GB of RAM or higher.
- Windows 10 or newer, or Mac OS X 10.10 or newer.
- HD 720p webcam.
