Role: Client Partnership Rep / Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: Eastwood Quezon City, Hybrid

Hours: 6am - 3pm MNL

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and qualify inbound leads through high-volume phone calls and email outreach.

• Follow a call-first approach to engage prospects, understand their needs, and assess their suitability for Outsourced’s services.

• Make approximately 60–70 calls per day, supported by consistent email follow-ups.

• Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives and Client Partnership Managers.

• Ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads to the sales and partnership teams.

• Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, lead status, and follow-up activities in the CRM.

• Consistently follow up with prospects to maximize meeting conversion rates.

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to improve lead qualification, outreach strategies, and conversion performance.

• Contribute ideas and feedback to help improve and scale the SDR function as the business grows.

• Demonstrate resilience, initiative, and consistency in meeting daily and monthly performance targets.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Sales Development Representative (SDR) or a similar sales role , with a strong track record in outbound sales activities.

• Proven experience with high-volume calling and email outreach, with the ability to maintain 60–70 calls per day.

• Experience qualifying leads and booking meetings for Account Executives, Business Development Managers, or Client Partnership Managers.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects professionally and confidently.

• Comfortable speaking with potential clients over the phone and handling objections.

• A proactive, results-driven, and tenacious individual who thrives in a target-driven environment.

• Strong work ethic, resilience, and the ability to maintain consistent sales activity.

• Genuine interest in building a long-term career in sales and business development.

• Willingness to follow a call-first approach and actively engage leads by phone.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in the BPO, outsourcing, offshoring, or staffing industry.

• Experience prospecting or engaging clients across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, particularly Australia and New Zealand.

• Experience using CRM systems and sales engagement tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
