Description - Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of the worksite.
- Develop and implement safety training programs for employees.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and recommend improvements.
- Maintain safety records and prepare reports for management review.
Requirements
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in safety management
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of safety regulations and hazard control
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to train and advise employees on safety practices
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Working Conditions: Willingness to work in various environments, including construction sites
