Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Intern for Corporate Marketing and Communications to join our dynamic team in Makati City, Philippines. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate marketing and communications while supporting our organization's strategic initiatives. You will work collaboratively with our marketing and communications team to develop, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns and communications strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our target audience.

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and email platforms
• Create and curate engaging content for company social media accounts, ensuring brand consistency and message alignment
• Support the preparation of marketing materials, including presentations, newsletters, and promotional collateral
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to identify trends and opportunities
• Assist in organizing and coordinating corporate events, webinars, and communications initiatives
• Monitor and report on social media performance metrics and campaign analytics
• Support the communications team in drafting, editing, and distributing internal and external communications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice
• Maintain organized records of marketing assets, campaigns, and communications materials
• Perform administrative tasks to support the marketing and communications department

Qualifications

Required Skills:

Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency with social media platforms and basic understanding of social media marketing
• Competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of marketing principles and corporate communications
• Collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS)
• Knowledge of email marketing platforms
• Basic understanding of analytics tools and data interpretation
• Familiarity with SEO/SEM concepts
• Experience with video editing or multimedia content creation
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools

Experience: (Plus!)

• Relevant coursework or projects in marketing, communications, or business
• Previous experience managing social media accounts or creating content
• Prior internship, volunteer work, or project experience in marketing or communications
• Demonstrated ability to work in a professional corporate environment
