Brand & Communications Marketing Manager

BRAND & COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
Location: Makati City
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Employment Type: Regular, Full-time
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand messaging
- Lead marketing campaigns for store openings, promotions, and other business activities
- Manage brand content across social media, website, and other digital channels
- Handle PR activities, media relations, press releases, and corporate announcements
- Support crisis communications and executive communications when needed
- Develop internal communications such as company announcements and town hall materials
- Work with creative, PR, media, and other external agencies
- Coordinate with Sales, Commercial, Operations, HR, and other teams
- Monitor campaign performance, engagement, media coverage, and brand metrics
- Manage communications projects, timelines, and budgets
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, PR, or a related field
- 5–7 years of experience in brand, marketing communications, PR, corporate communications, or a similar role
- Experience in retail, FMCG, wholesale, consumer, or other customer-facing industries is preferred
- Strong experience in brand campaigns, digital marketing, PR, and communications
- Good storytelling, copywriting, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing agencies and multiple projects
- Strong English and Filipino communication skills
