About the role
Responsible for promoting and selling the company's air conditioning products and services, generating new business opportunities, coordinating sales and service activities, and ensuring customer requirements are properly addressed from inquiry through project completion.
Key responsibilities
Actively promote and sell air conditioning units, installation services, repair, maintenance, and other related appliances and services
Identify and develop potential clients through field visits, online marketing, referrals, networking, and other business development activities
Prepare and present accurate quotations, proposals, product information, and service offers to prospective clients
Follow up on leads, inquiries, quotations, and proposals to convert prospects into customers
Meet or exceed assigned monthly sales targets and quotas
Coordinate with technical and installation teams to ensure smooth scheduling and execution of projects and services
Communicate customer requirements, project details, schedules, and other relevant information to concerned departments
Monitor the status of sales, installations, repairs, and other service requests and provide timely updates to customers
Prepare and process work permits and other required documents for air conditioning repairs, installations, maintenance, and other services in condominium units
Manage and assist in social media and digital marketing activities to generate customer inquiries and increase brand awareness
