Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support the sales department by coordinating schedules, processing orders, managing customer inquiries, and assisting with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to multitask, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales activities, including scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and communications with clients.
- Process and track sales orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and databases.
- Assist the sales team with preparing presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer service.
- Prepare and maintain sales documentation, such as invoices, quotes, and sales contracts.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, highlighting trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars and travel arrangements.
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred).
- Knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management.
