Senior Audit Officer

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Regular Audit
· Review all reports submitted by the QA Officers before issuance
B. Create Policy and Procedure
· Create new policies as needed that is related to QAT and ISO Compliance.
· Ensure that all policies, procedures, and programs are aligned with ISO Compliance.
C. ISO Compliance
· Review of ISO related Documentation
· Ensure employees compliance to teams’ policies and procedure
· Ensure teams’ compliance to ISO
D. Learning and Development
· Execution of training calendar
E. Non-Conformance Management
· Ensure all issued Corrective action request are accomplished properly and on time.
· Achieve a downward trend in the issued Corrective action request by the end of the year.
REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting is preferred
· With at least 1- 3 years' experience in Audit.
· Experience in ISO and regulatory framework
· Computer literate, with proficiency in MS applications.
· Excellent oral and written communications skills
· Preferably residing in Rizal
