Job Description

THIS ROLE

This role is responsible for providing administrative, compliance, and client support to ensure smooth business operations. The position involves drafting meeting checklists to ensure all agenda items are addressed, preparing accurate meeting minutes to capture key discussions and decisions, and creating compliance reports that meet regulatory and internal requirements. The role also requires attending client teleconferences, actively contributing to discussions when needed, and preparing comprehensive onboarding packs to support the successful integration of new clients. Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills are essential for managing multiple responsibilities and delivering high-quality support to both internal teams and clients.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• You'll draft meeting checklists to ensure all agenda items are covered.
• You'll draft meeting minutes to capture discussions and decisions accurately.
• You'll draft compliance reports to support regulatory and internal requirements.
• You'll attend client telecalls and contribute to discussions as needed.
• You'll prepare onboarding packs for new clients.
