- Proven experience as a sewer or similar role (preferred).
- Proficiency in using sewing machines, tools, and techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
- Understanding of fabrics, patterns, and garment construction.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous experience in a cashier or retail role (preferred).
- Proficiency in operating POS systems and basic math skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability, honesty, and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
