Job Summary
Responsible for delivering products, documents, and other store-related items safely and on time while providing excellent customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver customer orders, parcels, and store items to assigned locations.
- Pick up documents, supplies, and other materials needed by the store.
- Ensure safe handling and timely delivery of products.
- Verify delivery information and secure customer signatures or proof of delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the motorcycle or delivery vehicle.
- Monitor fuel, maintenance, and vehicle documents.
- Assist in loading and unloading items when necessary.
- Communicate delivery updates and issues to the supervisor.
- Follow traffic rules, company policies, and safety procedures.
- Support store operations when there are no delivery assignments.
