Safely drive the President/CEO to and from meetings, events, and other official or personal appointments. - Ensure punctuality by planning routes, monitoring traffic conditions, and anticipating delays.
- Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
- Keep the assigned vehicle clean, well-maintained, and in good running condition.
- Conduct routine checks on the vehicle (fuel, oil, water, tires, lights, etc.).
- Coordinate with office staff regarding the daily schedule and sudden changes.
- Assist the President with carrying items, opening doors, and ensuring convenience and safety.
- Follow all traffic laws and company driving protocols.
- Handle errands or messenger tasks as assigned by the President.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience as a personal driver
- Skills and Competencies: Strong driving skills and valid driver's license
- Qualities and Traits: Responsible and punctual
- Responsibilities and Duties: Knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns
- Working Conditions: Availability for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
