Research and Development (R&D) Intern

We are looking for a motivated and curious Research and Development (R&D) INTERN to join our team. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who are passionate about innovation, problem-solving, and turning ideas into practical solutions. You will work closely with our R&D team to support ongoing projects, conduct research, and help develop new products or processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting research, data collection, and analysis
- Support the design, testing, and improvement of products or systems
- Document findings, prepare reports, and present insights to the team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on development projects
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices
- Perform experiments and validate results under supervision
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing in [e.g., Engineering, Science, Technology, or related field]
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of research methodologies and data analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or relevant tools (e.g., Excel, data analysis software)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Demonstrates willingness to extend service beyond the required school-rendered hours

Internship Details:
- OJT / Internship position
- On-site
- Allowance may be provided
- Internship certificate will be issued upon completion
- Possible Company Absorption – Interns who demonstrate exceptional performance, professionalism, and initiative may be considered for future employment opportunities
