PROJECR SPECIALIST/ CAD Designer

Responsibilities - Assist in planning and organizing project activities, schedules, and timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.
- Track project budgets, expenses, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.
- Identify potential risks or issues and escalate them when necessary.
- Support process improvements to increase project efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements.
Job Requirements
- Knowledge and practical experience in CAD, preferably AutoCAD or similar software.
- Knowledge and proficiency in Canva for presentations, project materials, and visual proposals.
- Ability to prepare, develop, and present project proposals to clients.
- Strong communication, presentation, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project documentation.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work effectively with teams, clients, and vendors.
