CREATIVE TEAM MANAGER
Are you a creative leader with a strong background in Graphic Design, Video Production, and Creative Team Management? We're looking for an experienced professional to lead and manage our growing Creative Team!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and manage the Graphic Design and Video Production Teams
Oversee creative projects from planning and production to review and final delivery
Manage team performance, workload allocation, productivity, and quality
Ensure high-quality graphic design and video content are delivered on time
Develop and improve creative workflows, SOPs, and production processes
Coordinate with different departments regarding creative requirements and priorities
Provide creative direction, coaching, and leadership to the team
Identify production bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Creative, Graphic Design, Video Production, Multimedia, or Content Production
At least 2–3 years of team management or supervisory experience
Experience managing both Graphic Design and Video/Content Production Teams is highly preferred
Strong understanding of graphic design, video production, and post-production workflows
Experience with creative project management and high-volume content production
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
Experience in E-commerce, Social Media, Digital Marketing, or MCN is an advantage
Location: BGC, Taguig City
