Location: On-site | Don Antonio, Commonwealth, Quezon City
(Office relocating to Vertis North most likely by June or July )

JOB SUMMARY
The Operations Assistant for E-Commerce is responsible for supporting daily online business operations, ensuring efficient order processing, inventory coordination and customer service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in managing daily e-commerce operations across online platforms
- Process and monitor customer orders ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics team for order dispatch and delivery updates.
- Track and update inventory levels, assist in stock replenishment and reporting.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns and complaints.
- Ensure product listing are accurate, updated, and aligned with the ongoing promotions.
- Generate report of sales, order volume, and operational performance.
- Support marketing initiatives by coordinating with the creative teams.
- Maintain organized records of transactions and operational documents.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree of any Business related courses.
- At least 1 year experience in e-commerce operations, BPO or any team leader role
- With background in customer service, handling escalations or managing team.
- Familiarity with platforms or similar is an advantage.
- Amenable to work on site at Don Antonio Commonwealth Quezon City (infront of Ever Gotesco Commonwealth)
