- Host regular live selling sessions and present the brand clearly and confidently.
- Engage and interact with online viewers to answer questions, upsell, and build customer trust.
- Coordinate with the marketing and inventory team to plan product features and stock availability.
- Prepare for each session with product knowledge, scripts, and promotional highlights.
- Ensure a high-energy, friendly, and professional online presence at all times.
- Monitor live stream metrics and customer feedback to improve future sessions.
- Prior experience in live selling, retail, customer service, or online sales is preferred.
- Experience using platforms like TikTok, Facebook Live, Shopee Live, or Lazada Live is a strong advantage.
- Confident and engaging on-camera presence.
- Strong persuasion and upselling skills.
- Familiarity with live streaming tools, apps, and basic video setup (lighting, mic, camera).
- Well-groomed and presentable during live sessions.
- Appropriate dress according to brand identity and audience.
