Online Sales Associate

Job Description:
- With experience in E-Commerce, Shoppee, Tiktok and Lazada
- Promo and Campaign Management
- Updating the stocks on the seller center and monitoring the inventory
- Uploading and maintaining of Product, Prices and Promotions and Return Rate.
- Monitoring on Seller rating, ship on time, Cancellation rate and Return Rate
- Prepare monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with e-comm partner's key accounts team on ways to drive the business through various promotions and additional placements.
- Work closely with different teams (product management, graphics, sales) to provide updated content that will be shared across e-Commerce platforms.
- Oversee and coordinate live selling schedules, scripts and performance of live sellers.
- Oversee company website performance, ensuring fast loading speed, user-friendly navigation and updated content.
- Can do livestream
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related courses
- Highly interested in E-Commerce and Retail Industry
- Detail oriented and work well under pressure with tight timelines
- With Experience handling e-commerce Tiktok, Lazada and Shoppee
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
