Individual Seller is a person selling sim card and load under their own name, while a corporate seller is a legally incorporated business registered with authorities like the SEC or DTI. Corporate sellers have separate legal identities from owners, whereas individuals use personal documents (IDs, tax forms) for registration.
Key Differences and Requirements:
- Registration Structure: Individual sellers register as a person (e.g., using a personal ID). Corporate sellers provide SEC registration, Articles of Incorporation, and company tax identification.
- Selling sim cards/modem in specific / assigned Corporate areas
- Guiding customers in sim registration and downloading DITO app
- Submission of all reports to Team Leaders
