Qualifications:
· A graduate of Doctor of Medicine
· Licensed Physician
· BCOM/PCOM/MOSH Certified
· With atleast one (1) year experience relevant to the job.
· Driving Skills
· Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office, using MS Word, and MS Excel.
Job Description:
· Responsible in assisting the Medical Director for the overall process of the clinic. Work scope includes credentialing, training, monitoring, surveillance and evaluation of both the medical health partners & clinic staff.
· Assist the Medical Director to make sure that the operations of the medical divisions are organized and function with strict efficiency. This includes auditing the management of doctors, attendance and patient interaction.
· The Assistant Medical Director sees to it that all staff are working as on team.
· Assist the Medical Director ensure that the functions of the Administrative Division are in sync with the requirements of the Medical Division. This includes the follow-up of contracts, approving quotations, system upgrades, monitoring of stocks/ inventory, generations of funds, issuing and signing of memos.
· Support the Medical Director for being the point person in any medical issues when discussed in the Ethics Committee.
· Assist the President and Medical Director in any decisions after being discussed by the Ethics Committee.
· Helps in implementing the executive orders given by the President as the management representative.
