Food Preparation and Cooking
Mise en Place: Wash, peel, chop, slice, and measure raw ingredients (produce, meat, and poultry) according to recipe specifications.
Cooking Support: Execute basic cooking tasks such as boiling, sautéing, baking, grilling, and heating soups or sauces under supervision.
Plating and Portioning: Assemble, plate, and portion meals according to established presentation and size standards.
Special Diets: Help prepare modified dishes or menu substitutions for guests with specific dietary restrictions or allergies.
