Description - Manage and oversee the collection of outstanding debts from customers.
- Maintain a positive relationship with clients while effectively negotiating payment terms.
- Analyze customer accounts and identify issues requiring follow-up.
- Prepare and deliver accurate reports on collection activities and performance.
- Facilitate communication with internal teams to ensure alignment on customer accounts.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years in collections or related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Proven track record in meeting collection targets.
- Working Conditions: Office-based, may require evening or weekend hours during peak periods.
