Description - Manage financial transactions and ensure accuracy in billing and collections.
- Communicate with clients regarding payment inquiries and disputes.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in analyzing accounts and implementing collection strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and improve process efficiency.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 5–7 years of relevant experience in finance or collections.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
