Description - Handle inbound and outbound calls for debt collection activities.
- Negotiate payment arrangements with clients to resolve outstanding debts.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment agreements.
- Educate clients about their payment options and the impact of debt on their credit.
- Collaborate with team members to meet collection targets and improve processes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience Level: 5–8 years of experience in collections or customer service
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
