Travel Operations & Admin Executive - Remote

Full-time

Help deliver exceptional travel experiences by managing the essential admin and operations that keep the business efficient, organised, and ready to grow. Work Hours: Full-time 40 hours/week UK time Rate: 4 GBP per hour We don’t take a cut of your pay - ever. You receive 100% of your full advertised rate - paid directly to you by your client. We never take a cut, percentage, or reduce your earnings in any way.

POTENTIAL TASKS

Update booking details in CRM Organise client files Track invoices and payments Prepare booking confirmations Contact hotels and suppliers Follow up pending requests Assist with booking changes Format luxury itineraries Upload travel documents Monitor shared inboxes Draft simple responses Support daily admin tasks

SKILLS/EXPERIENCES REQUIRED

Highly organised Strong attention to detail Clear written English Reliable and consistent Proactive attitude Quick learner Good time management Tech confident Problem-solving mindset Professional communication Your minimum internet speed should be 10 MBPS and your PC specs should be at least Intel Core i5 (or equivalent) and have 8GB RAM (at the minimum).
