Logistics Operations Support Specialist

The Logistics Operations Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting daily dispatch and operational functions for international logistics clients. This position is responsible for delivering accurate data management, administrative coordination, and high-quality client support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of communicating professionally with North American clients in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role requires strong multitasking abilities, accountability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and team collaboration. Responsibilities Provide accurate and efficient data entry, operational support, and customer service for international logistics clients. Manage client communications professionally through email, messaging platforms, and other communication channels. Maintain and update records in company systems, including Emdecs and related operational tools. Coordinate with internal teams to support dispatch activities and ensure smooth operational workflows. Assist with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks to help meet client expectations and service standards. Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, accountability, and attention to detail in all responsibilities. Tools & Systems Used: Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook, and Emdecs (Custom Logistics System)
