Sales Manager /2 years in Selling Security Solutions Products

- Manage the lifecycle of security solution products (hardware, software, and integrated systems).
- Research and analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Assist in product planning, pricing strategies, and positioning.
- Provide technical knowledge and support to the sales team for client presentations and proposals.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for product updates, training, and certifications.
- Develop product documentation, presentations, and training materials.
- Support marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events to promote security solutions.
- Monitor product performance, sales results, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Conduct product training and knowledge-sharing sessions for internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards for all solutions offered.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in product management, sales, or technical support.
- Strong understanding of solar power systems and networking technologies.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and client-handling skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working cross-functionally.
