We are hiring a Chat Support CSR Davao to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers through chat by answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information in a timely and professional manner.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to customer inquiries through chat in a timely and professional manner Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customer concerns Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience Document customer interactions, concerns, and resolutions accurately in the system Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support teams when necessary Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism Meet established quality, productivity, and response time targets Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standardsQUALIFICATIONS
High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or College Level/Graduate Good English communication skills, both written and verbal Strong written communication and customer service skills Fast and accurate typing skills with excellent attention to detail Basic computer proficiency and multitasking abilities Willing to work onsite in Davao City Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidaysWORK SETUP
