Job Summary: The Administration Head is responsible for overseeing and managing overall administrative functions and supporting HR-related operations. This role ensures that office systems, documentation, and support services run efficiently and in alignment with company policies and objectives. Qualifications: Graduate of any 4-year degree course Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant experience in administrative support and HR Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications With good communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and leadership abilities Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily administrative operations and office management Support HR functions such as recruitment coordination, employee records, and onboarding Maintain and organize company files, records, and documentation Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures Coordinate with different departments for administrative needs Assist in planning and implementing office systems and improvements Handle reports, correspondence, and other administrative tasks Support management in operational and HR-related concerns
