Summary: 
As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves delivering first and second level technical assistance for infrastructure, systems, and applications across both production and development settings. This role requires engaging with users and clients to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring continuous service availability and maintaining high standards of support quality. The position involves working both remotely and onsite, adhering to established operational procedures and collaborating with various teams to uphold system stability and performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance support processes and improve service delivery.
- Document technical issues and resolutions to build a comprehensive knowledge base.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues to minimize downtime.
- Assist in the implementation of infrastructure upgrades and maintenance activities.

Job Qualifications:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Commvault Backup Administration.
- Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Backup and Recovery Systems, AWS Administration, AWS S3 (Simple Storage Service).
- Strong understanding of backup and recovery methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in managing and troubleshooting backup software and hardware components.
- Familiarity with cloud storage solutions and integration with on-premises backup systems.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to diagnose and resolve issues.
