Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory & Stock Management: Ensuring products are well-stocked, rotated to prevent expiration, and placed correctly on shelves.
- Display & Merchandising: Creating, maintaining, and updating eye-catching product displays (e.g., end-caps, promotional displays) according to company guidelines.
- Sales & Promotional Support: Executing in-store promotions, updating prices, and implementing planograms to maximize exposure.
- Relationship Management: Liaising with store managers and employees to secure better shelf space and resolve stock issues.
- Reporting & Analysis: Monitoring sales data, tracking competitor activities, and reporting on inventory levels and customer feedback.
- Customer Interaction: Assisting customers with product inquiries to enhance the shopping experience.
