Description
Design and oversee the construction and renovation of mall facilities.
Ensure the compliance of all engineering projects with local building codes and regulations.
Coordinate with architects and contractors to deliver high-quality projects on time.
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of the mall infrastructure.
Assist in managing project budgets and timelines.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Experience Level: Fresh Graduate (0–1 years)
Skills and Competencies: Licensed Engineer
Qualities and Traits: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and good communication skills
Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work independently and in teams, collaborative approach to project management
Working Conditions: Office-based with frequent site visits
