WORK SCHEDULE: MONDAY-FRIDAY (9AM-6PM)
WORK LOCATION: MAKATI CITY, MANILA
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with clients to ensure the timely submission of compliance requirements while maintaining accurate records and supporting regulatory compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients to collect and monitor required compliance documents and information.
- Follow up on pending requirements and ensure timely submission of regulatory and statutory documents.
- Maintain organized and accurate compliance records and databases.
- Monitor compliance deadlines and assist in tracking renewals and report submissions.
- Communicate with internal teams and clients to resolve compliance-related concerns.
- Assist in preparing compliance reports and documentation for management and regulatory agencies.
- Ensure compliance processes are carried out in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in compliance, documentation, client coordination, or a similar administrative role.
- Experience coordinating with clients to secure compliance requirements and supporting documentation.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team.
