What You'll Do:
- Generate potential leads and contacts by making thorough research and mapping customer organization.
- Generate new business by initiating cold calls, set meetings/appointments or conference calls with potential customers.
- Manage at least 120 calls and 25-30 emails per day
- Business to Business experience an advantage
- Manage all customer meetings and conference calls both internal and external Including taking important and relevant information during every engagement and next steps.
- Other tasks/responsibilities that may be asked from time to time.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in cold calling, specifically targeting the US or Europe market.
- Availability: Willingness to work the graveyard shift (US time zones, typically 8 PM - 5 AM / 9 PM - 6 AM local time).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade prospects effectively.
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet sales quotas in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software is a plus (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Adaptability: Comfortable working independently during non-traditional hours and adapting to a remote or hybrid work setup if required.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
- Attitude: Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented with a positive attitude toward rejection and challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in B2B sales within industries such as technology, telecommunications, or professional services.
- Knowledge of US market trends, customer behavior, and cultural nuances.
- Experience with email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, or other lead generation tools.
- Ability to analyze sales data and adjust strategies to improve performance.
