Job Qualifications
- BS in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related graduate.
- Knowledge of building systems is an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Organized, responsible, and results-oriented.
- Willing to do fieldwork and project-site assignments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Turn system designs into working solutions for our customers.
- Lead site teams in delivering projects safely, properly, and on time.
- Take ownership of project results from implementation to turnover.
- Supervise project site operations and manpower.
- Monitor project quality, progress, and schedule.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety requirements.
- Support testing, commissioning, and project handover.
