- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks.
- Conduct regular meetings to provide updates and address concerns.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Lead and mentor project team members.
- Educational Qualifications: Professional License Holder (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil)
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in project supervision or management.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in project management software.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee project execution, manage teams, ensure meeting deadlines, and facilitate meetings.
- Working Conditions: Site and field work
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, adaptable, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
