Project Engineer

- A graduate in Civil Engineering. With PRC license.
- With more than 3-5 years of project experience working in horizontal and vertical construction. Land development, road networks, drainage and waterline system and slope protections.
- Can do Quantity take off. Housing construction from lay out to turn over.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite of tools and AutoCAD, exposure to schedule software and with experience handling subordinates/managing people.
- Oversees operating processes used to complete projects and other services related to construction activities. Checks staff members and contractors to perform their duties to a high standard to ensure the project runs smoothly.
- Oversees the construction needs of the company and its clients, and find ways to improve processes.
- Works full-time and may be contracted to work on different projects at different sites. Usually works in an office on-site but often visit sites to observe problems, check schedules, and manage budgets.
