POSITION: Accounting and Tax Associate / General Accounting Staff
LOCATION: Paco, Manila
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
WORK SETUP: Hybrid Work Setup (3x a week on-site)
JOB TYPE: Full-Time and Permanent Position | Immediate Hiring

We are currently looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting and Tax Associate / General Accounting Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge in accounting, bookkeeping, and tax reporting, with the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision and training.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Handle accounting, bookkeeping, and tax reporting functions
- Prepare and manage BIR compliance and online tax filings
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Utilize Excel and accounting systems for financial monitoring and reporting
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of accounting-related requirements
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Male or Female
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field
- With at least 5 years work experience in an Accounting and Tax Reporting role
- Experience in BIR compliance and online tax filings is required
- Strong understanding of accounting and bookkeeping concepts
- Proficient in Excel and computer-based accounting systems
- Organized, meticulous, dependable, and hardworking
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fully vaccinated and in good physical health
- Can start immediately with minimal training
